For Australia’s most celebrated cook, Maggie Beer, bringing people together around the dinner table is a passion; so, before moving into her new Adelaide City apartment, the first item on the to-do list was renovating the kitchen.

Following advice from a close friend, Maggie sought help from respected kitchen designers Farquhar, where she fell in love at first sight with Caesarstone’s Rugged Concrete™.

Working closely with Farquhar Kitchen’s designer, Beth, Maggie was able to work through her kitchen design ideas, reimagine the space and bring her kitchen aspirations to life.

“I wanted sleek lines. I wanted brightness. I wanted to walk in and feel sunny and alive.” reveals Maggie. “I loved the design experience. There were ideas that I hadn’t thought of.”

“The design of the kitchen really works. Friends can be around having a drink while I’m still doing bits and pieces”.
