What are the new Caesarstone® ICON™ colours for 2025?

Design is moving in a more emotional direction, with Caesarstone® leading the charge in this transition. In 2025, three new Caesarstone® ICON™ Advanced Mineral Surfaces have joined the collection, each offering its own layered personality, while reflecting our collective desire for naturalism, elegance and warmth.

Glacier Flow™ is soft and graceful, with a pearl-white base and delicate ribbons of grey and silver that appear to drift across the surface. It evokes the sense of movement you find in flowing water or gently aged stone. Ideal for homes that embrace natural light and organic textures.

Lunar Frost™ is deeper and more grounded, offering a frosted grey foundation layered with multiform aggregates and earthy mineral deposits. The result is quietly textural and incredibly adaptable. Perfect for spaces that blend indoor serenity with outdoor connection.

Calacatta Dreamwave™, meanwhile, is a contemporary homage to traditional marble. With rich, complex veining in muted greys and subtle browns across a soft white canvas, it creates a sense of drama that feels composed rather than loud. This surface becomes the focal point in a room, without competing with other elements.

These three colours bring the Caesarstone® ICON™ range to a new level, pushing beyond replication, toward reinterpretation.

Why are designers moving from natural stone to mineral benchtops?

The answer lies in the sweet spot between beauty, durability and responsibility. Natural stone, for all its appeal, brings limitations from unpredictable patterning to higher porosity, and growing ethical concerns around extraction and crystalline silica exposure. Designers today are seeking smarter solutions that still honour the timeless elegance of materials like marble and travertine, but offer greater consistency, flexibility, and safety.

That’s where Caesarstone® ICON™ comes in. Unlike solid stone, these advanced mineral surfaces are crystalline silica-free*, made with at least 80% recycled materials, and crafted to last a lifetime. Yet visually, they retain the movement, texture and refinement of nature’s most coveted materials. They don’t feel like a compromise, they feel like progress.

Designers are choosing mineral benchtops not just because of what they look like, but because of what they stand for: thoughtful design, sustainable production, and peace of mind for both clients and installers.

How do Glacier Flow, Lunar Frost and Calacatta Dreamwave look in real kitchens?

In real homes, these surfaces aren’t just functional, they’re emotional centrepieces. You don’t walk into a kitchen with Calacatta Dreamwave and just see a bench; you see the story it tells. Its complex veining draws the eye and invites movement. It suits statement islands, sweeping countertops and softly lit butler’s pantries, where the mood is intimate but quietly luxurious.

Glacier Flow feels light on its feet, making it perfect for kitchens that celebrate openness. Paired perfectly with floating shelves, natural timbers and brushed finishes, it can bring a calm, radiant clarity that plays beautifully with ambient light.

Lunar Frost holds more contrast. It can anchor a space that needs grounding, say, against crisp white cabinetry or raw timber tones. It carries a confident weight and complexity, without overpowering the room. These aren’t surfaces you decorate around. They help define the entire experience of the space.

Is Caesarstone® ICON™ really crystalline silica-free and sustainable?

Yes. In fact, Caesarstone® ICON™ is the only mineral surface in the Australian market that is certified crystalline silica-free and covered by a lifetime warranty.*

This distinction is especially important during fabrication. While all Caesarstone® surfaces have always been safe for everyday use, Caesarstone® ICON™ Advanced Mineral Surfaces go further by eliminating crystalline silica altogether. This protects the fabricators and installers who work with it behind the scenes. It’s a safer choice for the entire supply chain, from workshop to benchtop.

Sustainability is just as foundational. Every slab contains a minimum of 80% recycled materials, sourced and processed to meet Caesarstone’s strict environmental standards. In a time where clients are demanding more conscious choices from their designers, Caesarstone® ICON™ offers a surface you can specify with confidence.

FAQS

Is Caesarstone® ICON™ suitable for outdoor kitchens in Australia?

While Caesarstone® ICON™ is built to handle the demands of daily life, it’s not recommended for outdoor use in Australia’s variable climate. For that, Caesarstone® offers a purpose-built Porcelain range, which is UV-resistant, weather-proof, and perfectly suited to alfresco cooking spaces.

How do I clean and care for Caesarstone® ICON™ surfaces daily?

Daily maintenance is refreshingly simple. A soft cloth, warm soapy water, and a gentle touch are all that’s needed to keep your surface looking pristine. For more stubborn marks, a non-abrasive cream cleanser can be used, followed by a thorough rinse. Because the surface is non-porous and stain resistant, you don’t need to worry about sealing or harsh chemicals.
The future of kitchen surfaces isn’t carved in stone, it’s thoughtfully crafted with Caesarstone® ICON™ Advanced Mineral Surfaces. It is possible to choose something beautiful, responsible, and built for a lifetime of living.
