In a truly exciting step forward for kitchen design, Caesarstone® has announced its collaboration with Invisacook to deliver an invisible induction cooktop, seamlessly integrated into the brand’s high performance, heat-resistant Porcelain surfaces.

The real beauty of this design is the blurring of the boundary between cooking space and living space.  The cooktop is literally invisible, positioned directly under the Porcelain benchtop surface, so when not in use, the Porcelain surface returns to an area for food preparation, dining and socialising.

No Cooktop In Sight – Seamless Aesthetics

Aesthetically, this collaboration is a game changer – the beautiful expanse of porcelain, in any one of 22 designs, is uninterrupted by burners, frames or control knobs.  These clean, expansive sweeps of porcelain are especially relevant for smaller, more compact kitchens and open plan kitchen/dining/living areas.

Benchtop Retains Pristine Appearance

The key to the concept is the extreme heat and scratch resistance of Caesarstone® Porcelain – it will withstand high cooking temperatures with no adverse effects.  In addition, the safety of the concept is assured with the use of the InvisaMat, a silicone mat placed under the cooking vessel to ensure the surface only remains warm.

Porcelain – A Natural, Sustainable Surface

Caesarstone® Porcelain is crafted from sustainable, natural materials, including clay, feldspar and other natural minerals – up to 20% of a slab’s contents are the waste from initial stages of production, while 99% of all water is recycled.  The production process creates a surface with maximum durability and hardness, together with an exceptional resistance to heat, stains and UV.

Diversity Of Design

Caesarstone® Porcelain is available in 22 designs – emulating marble, stone and travertine plus concrete and granite.  Finishes include Honed, Silk, Ultra Rough and Stone.  All designs are available in a 12mm profile, with some also available in 20mm.  Extra large slab sizes – 3200mm x 1600mm – ensure unlimited design options for architects and designers.
