Designed by Jared Poole, for Kenins Group, visual interest is introduced to the neutral colour palette by virtue of the organic beauty inherent in natural, sustainable materials such as stone, mellow timbers and Caesarstone Mineral™ benchtop surfaces. These high-end finishes and superior fixtures contribute to the property’s excellent standard of low-level maintenance throughout.

The Ultimate Kitchen

The huge entertaining kitchen and butler’s pantry feature the most advanced appliances coupled with exquisite joinery in the form of the monolithic island bench in Caesarstone Mineral™ in the semi-industrial finish of Fresh Concrete™. Featuring an understated, granular patina of soft greys and mellow taupes, Fresh Concrete™ creates a sense of raw authenticity. 

All cabinetry is in a mellow timber veneer, while brushed copper tapware, scalloped cladding to the front of the island bench and superb ambient lighting creates an exceptional sense of calm, sophistication and functionality.

The Design Flow

A seamless transition from kitchen to living area is achieved with the use of one common material, Caesarstone Mineral™ Fresh Concrete™. The spacious living area, with its timber ceilings (that echo the cabinetry of the kitchen) and the same fluted cladding, features Fresh Concrete™ as a feature shelf beneath the generous smart screen.  Soft furnishings, in linens and leather, showcase the same tonal variations of warm stone.

A bedroom with more… and more!

The main bedroom features a luxurious dressing area that is unrivalled in terms of serene beauty and functional indulgence.  Bespoke joinery fulfills all needs in terms of storage and hanging space, while the spacious bathing area includes both stone freestanding bath and double showering area.  Once again, Caesarstone Mineral™ Fresh Concrete™ features on vanity as well as separate coffee/drinks bar, while fluted cladding maintains the textural theme of the home’s interiors.

Private cinema – a statement in style

Designed to create the perfect laidback ambience for cinematic viewing, this room is a harmony of soft neutral hues in a mix of leather recliners, timber cabinetry and Venetian plaster wall finish, plus the home’s common thread – Caesarstone Mineral™ Fresh Concrete™, this time used along the full width cabinetry beneath the screen.

Indoor/Outdoor living, the best of both worlds

The magnificent outdoor entertaining area, featuring large pool, manicured lawn and stunning views across the water is the setting for yet another inspired piece of architectural design.  The outdoor entertaining area, beautifully appointed with generous kitchen, bbq, cocktail bar and spacious dining setting, is cleverly positioned to take advantage of all weather conditions.  While completely open on two sides, the area’s cooking and food preparation area is protected from inclement weather by virtue of its recessed position.

The aesthetics of this area mirror those of the home’s interior – tonal variations on the stone colour theme with sculptural wall and deep-profiled work bench in Caesarstone Mineral™ Fresh Concrete™.
