Natural Harmony in the Hillside
Tucked into the hillside of Noosa Heads, Palmera is the kind of home that makes you slow down. Designed and built by Archend for Molti Group, it feels instantly comfortable. Simple, light, and calm. Every finish works quietly together: warm timber, filtered sun, and smooth Caesarstone® Porcelain™ surfaces that hold the space together. It’s a home built for living, not showing off.
The brief was simple: create a home that feels natural to its surroundings. The stepped design follows the slope of the site, and inside, that same logic applies. Oak cabinetry wraps the kitchen, soft curtains filter the light, and a muted palette makes everything feel easy on the eye. Fume™ runs through the kitchen and bathrooms, adding warmth and texture without overpowering the space. The result is a balanced home that feels light but still grounded.

Surfaces for Every Space
Across Palmera’s kitchen, bathrooms, and powder room, Caesarstone® Porcelain™ surfaces add a soft, stone-like finish with gentle beige veining. The honed surface feels smooth to touch and catches the light in a way that makes the space glow, even on overcast days. Beyond how it looks, it’s built for how people really live. Heat, scratch, and UV resistant, it holds up to family life, humidity, and the occasional dropped mug. Used for benchtops and splashbacks, it gives a continuous, seamless look that ties every room together.
For peace of mind, every Caesarstone® surface is backed by a Lifetime Warranty because timeless design deserves lasting quality. Whether it’s morning coffee spills or years of entertaining, the surface is made to stay as dependable as the day it was installed.

Collaboration Grounded in Real Living
This project brings together Archend’s eye for craftsmanship and Molti Group’s knack for practical design. Nothing feels overworked. The joinery lines are clean, the materials honest, and every space feels like it belongs to the landscape around it. Captured by Andy MacPherson, the details speak for themselves, from the way the porcelain benchtop meets the timber grain to the soft reflection of light across each surface.

One Seamless Outcome
Palmera is a place that works as well as it looks. The kitchen island doubles as a gathering point. The bathrooms are calm and simple. And everywhere, Fume brings that same sense of quiet ease; durable enough for daily life, timeless enough to still feel special. It’s a home built to be used and loved for years to come.
