Design Advice
You may wish to use colours that work in harmony with Empira Black™ for backbench tops and wet areas to create a seamless look and feel. In some cases, using colours that work in balance can help to optimise your budget.
Empira Black™ features veining and movement, which can create variations between multiple slabs. To enhance design outcomes, discuss the stone's design flow with your stonemason before cutting.
We recommend the mitred apron edge profile for benchtops greater than 20mm in thickness to achieve the best surface-to-edge pattern continuity.
All edge profiles should have a minimum 3-4mm radius to reduce chipping risk and increase safety. A 6mm radius will help enhance surface durability.

Surface Care and Maintenance for Empira Black™
Caesarstone® polished surfaces require very little maintenance to keep them looking like new. We recommend wiping the surface with warm soapy water for routine cleaning, using a mild detergent and a clean damp cloth. Alternatively, you can use our specially formulated Caesarstone® Spray Cleaner.
